  • Eagle Pay Payment Side and Registration Offline

    Eagle Pay Payment Site and Eagle Online Registration will be offline June 30 – July 1, 2021

    The Eagle Pay Payment Site and Eagle Online Registration will be offline during the following timeframe due to fiscal year-end processing:

    Wednesday, June 30, 2021 from 4:30pm CST until Thursday, July 1, 2021 at 10:00am CST

    Students will not be able to make online payments or access registration during this time. This affects services such as Eagle Online Registration and Eagle Pay Payment Site.

    Now that we have begun the transition to YuJa Media, you can learn how YuJa provides courses with media tools to take them to the next level. In this session, Drs. Beach and  Norman will provide an overview of YuJa, general how-to instructions, and how to best use this type of technology in your courses. There will be time for questions and answers at the end of the session.

    YuJa Media Transition Update

    We need all students and faculty to select the YuJa Media link in iLearn under “Media” to create their account. This is critical in the migration of videos from Kaltura to YuJa.

    Here’s how to create your account.

    Any videos created after June 25, 2021 will not be included in the automatic migration from Kaltura to YuJa Media. If you create additional videos after this point, you will have to download and re-upload your videos following these steps.

    Important Next Step:

    Starting June 15—WE NEED ALL STUDENTS AND FACULTY TO SELECT THE YUJA MEDIA LINK TO CREATE THEIR ACCOUNT.

    This is critical in the migration of videos from Kaltura to YuJa. Creating your account will allow YuJa to put your current videos into a folder in your YuJa account.
