    Sleep Well Workshop: April 14

    Join CAPS for a Sleep-Well Workshop from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, April 14, in Bell Hall 264.

    Learn practical tips to help you fall asleep faster and wake up feeling refreshed. The workshop will also explore how cannabis can disrupt sleep quality over time.

    Enjoy Sleepy Tea, Chick-fil-A, and a raffle while learning simple strategies to improve your sleep and overall well-being.

  • Swipe Out Hunger

    On April 16, students can donate unused guest meals to the Michelle Huddleston Memorial Food Pantry through our Swipe Out Hunger initiative. It’s an easy way to support those in need while also reducing food waste. Simply let your cashier at The Caf know that you’d like to contribute to the Swipe Out Hunger initiative. Every meal donated makes a difference for someone facing food insecurity. Consider donating your extra meals during this time!

    Take a break and enjoy a FREE cup of coffee while speaking with Tennessee Tech’s College of Graduate Studies on Wed, April 15, at 10 a.m. in the RUC’s Swoops Food Court.

    Tennessee Tech University is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges to award baccalaureate, master’s, specialist and doctoral degrees. Many Tech programs are also accredited by specialized agencies.

    Careers n’ Coffee events are hosted by the Center for Career Development.
