    In this workshop, you will explore why people procrastinate, connect productivity strategies to your situation, and draft a plan that fits your personal motivation.

    Adulting 1010 Support Group

    Are you a senior about to graduate college and have no idea how to be an adult? Are you still trying to balance the demands of being a college student while also navigating interpersonal relationships, jobs, classes, and whatever else is on your plate? Ever feel like you have no idea what you’re doing? Let’s figure it out together! The Center for Counseling and Mental Health Wellness is offering a support group called “Adulting 1010” to connect with others who may be feeling the same way you are and processing this next season of life. This group will begin meeting on Fridays at 3:00pm, starting February 7th in the RUC, room 387. Please contact counsel@tntech.edu if you are interested!
