    The deadline to sign up for the Sept. 7-13, 2025, Tennessee Tech Alumni African Safari is April 15!

    Tech’s Crawford Alumni Center is excited to partner with Trailblazer Safaris to offer this experience for alumni, donors and employees. If an African Safari has been on your bucket list, we hope you’ll consider traveling with us and with a Tech alumna-owned safari company. On this seven-day safari, we’ll visit Tarangire National Park, Ngorongoro Crater, Olduvai Gorge and Serengeti National Park, just to name a few. One of the highlights of the trip will be a hot air balloon ride over the Serengeti!

    We invite you to be part of a meaningful conversation at the Mad Topics Panel Symposium on Saturday, April 5th, at 3:00 PM in Stonecipher Hall. This engaging panel discussion will explore Anxiety and Depression, featuring speakers sharing lived experiences and clinical insights.

    Omicron Delta Kappa is hosting a leadership workshop entitled “Leadership in Action: Effectively Leading with or without a Title” with guest speaker Dr. Lamar Bryant from University of Tennessee Knoxville.   • Women in Economics Symposium Watch Party

    The Economics Department will be hosting a Watch Party for the Women in Economics Symposium given by the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. The Federal Reserve will feature the Watch Party on its video recording. The sessions will include talks by role models on careers in economics. Panelists will provide practical tips about job searching and more. The 2025 symposium will feature keynote speakers Cecilia Rouse, president of the Brookings Institution, and Ali Wolf, Chief Economist at Zonda. The symposium will be on Thursday, March 27th, from 4 pm to 8 pm. The event is by invitation only. Anyone interested can contact Dr. Chelsea Dowell at ctdowell@tntech.edu.

  • French Movie Night – Tuesday, March 11 at 6 pm

    Come watch a heartwarming French movie about a choir!

    Clément Mathieu, an unemployed music teacher accepts a position as supervisor at Fond de l’Etang, a boarding school for troubled boys. In this school, the discipline is strict, and Mathieu has issues adapting. He decides to initiate the children to music and starts a choir that will change their life.

    The movie will be shown in French with English subtitles on Tuesday, March 11, at 6 p.m. in Henderson Hall 205. Free event. Come with friends!

    Attend a Co-op Meetup this semester on Tuesday, March 11th in the Tech Pride Room at 11 a.m. to learn how YOU can be Co-op Eligible!

    The Co-op Meetup will explain the eligibility guidelines which applies to all students.

    Any student interested in accepting a Cooperative Education position with an employer MUST attend a Co-op Meetup, prior to accepting an offer.

    Bring your Eagle Card to obtain credit for attendance.
