Join us on Tuesday, April 15, as we formally dedicate the Michelle Huddleston Memorial Food Pantry. Huddleston, who passed away on Oct. 21, 2023, served as associate director of residential life and service learning at Tech. A hallmark of her service to the university included her leadership overseeing the food pantry.

Join us in the Roaden University Center Tech Pride Room from 11 a.m. to noon as we remember Michelle Huddleston and name the place she loved so much in her honor. No registration is required.

Celebrate spring with SGA’s annual Picnic on April 10th from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM at Lab Science Commons Lawn. If it rains, the event will be located in Mem Gym. Enjoy a free catered lunch, great music, and fun outdoor games while connecting with fellow students and SGA representatives.

The last French movie night will take place on Wednesday April 16 @5pm in HEND 205.
We will show a biopic about the best female soccer player in France (Marinette Pichon). She also played in the USA and fought for women rights as professional athletes.

MInDS and the Data Science League is hosting AI Week @ Tech April 7 – 10. Events include April 7: AI Carnival from 11AM – 1PM on the LSC Lawn, April 8: AI Research Posters will be available to view from 11AM to 1PM in the RUC Lobby, April 9:AI Movie Night beginning @ 5PM in the AIEB Atrium and April 10: AI Guest Speaker Jie Ying Wu, Assistant Professor at Vanderbilt University, will present “Machine Learning, Medicine, and Robotics” beginning @ 11AM in SLH 113.

This event counts towards the Purple Career Readiness Certificate for junior and senior students. Please remember to bring your Eagle Card.
