    Casting The Night Away / Hands-On Casting Experience

    Join us for an exciting evening of metal casting! In this hands-on workshop, participants will explore the fundamentals of foundry processes using our Foundry in a Box setup. Learn how molds are prepared, how metal is poured, and take part in creating your own cast piece.

    Whether you’re new to casting or simply curious about manufacturing processes, this interactive event is a perfect opportunity to experience the magic of turning molten metal into solid designs.

    Students who attend will receive a certificate of participation.

    Head & Heart in Recovery

    CAPS presents a free training that integrates practical neuroscience of addiction with emotional intelligence skills to help peer specialists understand how brain changes, stress, and emotions influence substance use, relapse, and recovery. Participants will learn how addiction affects the brain’s reward, stress, and decision-making systems, why emotions often drive behavior, and how emotionally regulated peer relationships support healing. The session emphasizes stigma reduction, trauma-informed engagement, and sustainable peer practice in rural and community settings. Register here.
