319

Due to the ongoing pandemic, the 16th Annual Research and Creative Inquiry Day will be in a digital/virtual format again this year, with event activities culminating in a virtual award ceremony at 11 a.m., Tuesday, April 20.  The event, which is designed to promote and provide a venue for presenting student research and creative inquiry, is open to undergraduate and graduate students from all departments.

To participate in the event, students must submit an abstract (limited to 250 words) of their project via the abstract submission link (https://tf.tntech.edu/machform/view.php?id=1056649) by 11:59 p.m., Wednesday, March 10. No abstracts will be accepted after this date. It is expected that each submitted abstract will be developed into a poster (or paper for those in the English Department) to be submitted during the April event.  Poster files do not need to be printed but must be completed by Monday, April 12.

Visit the Research and Creative Inquiry Day website at https://www.tntech.edu/research/research-day/index.php for a complete schedule and updates as they become available.  Call or email Jamie Murdock at 372-6587 or jlmurdock@tntech.edu for more information.
