Non-instructional faculty assignments due to department chairs by January 15
The proposals for the 2020-2021 academic year from faculty seeking non-instructional faculty assignments (NIFA) are due to department chairs on Jan. 15, 2021. The purpose of the non-instructional assignments are: to contribute to the professional growth of the faculty; to improve the teaching and the curriculum across the University; and/or to enhance the scholarship and academic excellence of the University in ways that cannot be accomplished under the constraints of the regular workload assignments. Proposals due to Academic Affairs will be due on Jan. 29, 2021. On Feb. 24, 2021 the winners will be announced.
