Campus Recreation is offering a Women on Weights class Sunday, February 23 from 11-12:30. This private class will be held before the gym opens. It is designed to teach women the basics of strength training and is appropriate for all levels of fitness. The cost is $10 (includes a t-shirt) and sign ups are in the Fitness Center room 214.
