Join us on Oct 15 (TODAY) at 11AM in Walton Park (the President’s Lawn) for a guided meditative movement event encouraging the use of nature and movement to improve mental health and reduce stress. Just in time for mid-terms! Bring a yoga mat or a something to sit on if you would like.
