Tennessee Tech University is participating in an employee engagement and satisfaction survey managed by Best Companies Group. The survey will serve two objectives: 1) Use consolidated feedback to help identify and address issues and concerns to promote retention, and 2) Earn recognition as a “Best Place to Work” in Tennessee to enhance talent recruitment and interest in working at Tennessee Tech.
As a part of the survey, 350 faculty and staff will be randomly selected by the Best Companies Group to complete their online workforce survey via email on Nov. 7. The survey should only take 10-15 minutes to complete, and your participation is appreciated. Please look for the survey coming from Surveys@BestCompaniesGroup.com to your Tech email account that will include a link to the online survey.
