Business Model Canvas is a great tool for you to learn if your idea or product is viable, how to identify your customers, find any issues, and give yourself and your team the best chance for success!
The Eagle Works (4/6) and Idea Challenge (2/15) judging rubric is based off Business Model Canvas, so if you’re thinking about competing, this workshop is essential!
