The Office of Human Resources is exited to announce that as of July 1, 2023, eligible TTU faculty and staff are entitled to six (6) weeks of Paid Parental Leave within the first twelve (12) months following childbirth or adoption. The Paid Parental Leave Policy supports the University’s work-life balance efforts to support employees during one of the most important phase of their lives. An email has been sent out from the Office of Human Resources with more information.
