TCRI (Tennessee Center for Rural Innovation) staff member, Andrea Kruszka, has been elected to the Southeastern Tourism Society’s Board of Directors. She will be working to promote the organization’s mission and vision by serving on one of the planning committees that support the four pillars of the organization. She says, “I’m honored to be elected as one of the Tennessee representatives on the board and look forward to using my knowledge of higher education to explore new partnerships between STS and the higher learning institutions in the service area.” She plans to aid TCRI in establishing companies and building economic development by obtaining her Travel Marketing Professional certification with the STS.
