- Assistant Vice President for Strategic Initiatives and Dean of Students – relocated to Roaden University Center Room 230
- Eagle Card Office – relocated to Roaden University Center Room 119

- Sandra Bohannon – promoted to Assistant Vice President for Health, Wellness, and Well-being and Director of the Burnett Student Recreation and Fitness Center
- Charria Campbell – promoted to Director of Student Engagement & Intercultural Affairs
- Matt Nisbet – promoted to Director of Assessment, Marketing & Technology/Data Analyst
- Benjamin Stubbs – Assistant Vice President for Student Engagement – new hire starts April 8th
- Courtney Thompson – Executive Director of University Housing and Residential Life – new hire
- Katie Williams, EdD – promoted to Assistant Vice President for Strategic Initiatives and Dean of Students
- Kim York – promoted to Assistant to the Vice President
