Jes Baker is an author, speaker, body image and mental health coach, and advocate dedicated to shifting social paradigms to a place where all people are offered the opportunity to embrace themselves just as they are. She is internationally recognized for her writing on her blog “The Militant Baker,” and her books Things No One Will Tell Fat Girls and Landwhale. In her work, Baker highlights the importance of body autonomy, self-esteem, mental health, social justice, and diversity.
