Submit Spring Book Orders to the Bookstore by Nov. 7th

Hello!

We had a few hiccups but AIP (Adoptions Insights Portal) now has the Spring semester courses loaded. Please have professors or department admins go to AIP and submit book orders for the Spring semester. Remember, that AIP is accessible through Tech Express.  Students begin registering for classes on Nov. 8th. HEOA (Higher Education Opportunity Act) requires that students be able to see what books are required for their class when they register. We are asking that all book orders be submitted by Nov. 7th. This will not only meet the HEOA guidelines but helps us with ordering used books for spring classes. As you know there is a quick turnaround between the end of fall term and the start of spring term. As soon as we receive your book order we will begin sourcing for used books. Ordering of custom books begins on Nov. 8th. and we will begin ordering books from publishers Nov. 15th. Some of you may have already emailed your book information to Shannon. That information is still being loaded into AIP and should be visible by Monday, Nov. 1st.
