Our seminar this week features a presentation from TTU’s chapter of Students for the Exploration and Development of Space (SEDS). In their talk High-Powered Rockets and Circumnavigation with SEDS, representatives from this student-led club will describe the design of their first payload rocket system as well as a large-scale project in which they plan to construct a high altitude balloon capable of circumnavigation. Their talk will be this Friday, Feb. 28th, at 3pm in Foundation Hall 238, with refreshments served at 2:30pm.
