Electronic W-2s are now available online.
Electronic W-2s are available in Banner Self-Service. Login to Eagle Online, click Employee, and your W-2 is located under Tax Forms. Please note that your PIN is the same that you use to log onto Banner Self-Service/Eagle Online. Paper W-2s were mailed January 21 for employees who did not consent to receiving the electronic version. Employees who wish to receive W-2’s electronically in the future can select Electronic Regulatory Consent in Banner Self-Service under Tax Forms. We encourage employees to select Electronic Regulatory Consent as it reduces the risk of others obtaining your personal information through mail theft.
