Looking for Volunteers: General Help
The Oakley STEM Center is very excited to host the 65th Regional Science and Engineering fair on April 3rd, 2020. This year, we are already expecting over 200 students in the Senior division (9-12th grade) and will be hosting a middle school division with close to 100 students from our region. We are currently recruiting volunteers to help set-up the fair, direct students and families, and clean-up when everything is over. This is a great way for some of the Upper Cumberland’s best math, science, and engineering students to meet and interact with University students and faculty.
The Science Fair itself will be held in the Hyder Burks Agriculture Pavilion from 9:00 a.m. to noon on Friday, April 3, 2020. Help is also requested for set-up and clean-up.
If you would like to volunteer, please take a few minutes and answer the questions in the following link: https://tf.tntech.edu/machform/view.php?id=933053 or if you need any additional information, please contact Carlos Galindo by phone at (931) 372-6599 or by email at cgalindo@tntech.edu.
Thank you in advance for your consideration. We sincerely look forward to working with you!
