Each year, over 1,500 homeless people pass through the Cookeville Rescue Mission while they are in our city. Our student organization, Scholars United for the Homeless, is holding monthly canned food drives to help feed them. We are having two boxes with our club logo in the RUC Lobby from January 22-February 28. Every canned item you donate is aiding in the rehabilitation and recovery of a homeless man, woman or child.
