HR is offering both employee and supervisor training for the 2019/2020 Annual Evaluation process concerning permanent C&S and Admin employees. Training session attendance is optional, but supervisor training is strongly encouraged for applicable employees. Employee training will cover how to login to the system, evaluation steps, instructions for employee tasks, how to fully complete the employee self-evaluation and will include a question & answer session. Supervisor training will cover best practice tips, performance coaching, and how to properly rate and evaluate employees. Supervisor training sessions are limited only to employees currently in supervisor roles. Due to the size of the training space, registration is required for both types of training sessions.
