Families First Coronavirus Response Act


When an employee is unable to work and cannot telecommute, there are several options available to them. Employees may elect to take annual leave or sick leave, as appropriate, or may qualify for leave under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act, which provides additional provisions related to Emergency Family & Medical Leave and Emergency Paid Sick Leave.
