Since receiving the merit award at Tech’s annual juried student art show, Karen Short, ’14 art, has gone on to have her pieces displayed in several shows and galleries.
Her work has been displayed and featured on several occasions in Nashville. She won a special recognition at the 16th annual Contemporary Art Juried Online International Art Exhibition, displayed at the Upstream People Gallery in Nebraska. The show included pieces from 30 American and Australian artists.
