The CITL can advise you on course redesign and development and how to better leverage technology and other educational tools to engage and retain students. The Center can also provide ideas on alternative assessment of student learning outcomes within an online learning environment. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tntech.edu\/citl\/citl-staff.php\">CITL staff, including your College&#8217;s or School&#8217;s dedicated Online Instructional Designer<\/a>, are available Monday through Friday 8-4:30 through consultations by phone (931) 372-6950, via <a href=\"mailto:ilearn@tntech.edu\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">iLearn Help Email<\/a>, or through\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tntech.edu\/citl\/programs\/tech-workshops.php\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Virtual Consultations<\/a>. You can also\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:citl@tntech.edu\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Email<\/a> the Center directly as we continuously monitor the CITL Email and respond promptly throughout the day.
