Students will experiment with fiber-reactive and acid dyes, exploring pattern creation on both silk and cotton fabrics. By the end of the workshop, participants will take home a finished silk scarf, a cotton bandanna, and an assortment of one-of-a-kind samples. Students will gain a strong foundation in shibori techniques while being inspired to incorporate these methods into their own textile work.
