Join Campus Recreation for\u00a0Stretch n&#8217; Sip,\u00a0a relaxed pop-up wellness session designed to help you slow down, move intentionally, and reset both mind and body before finals begin.<\/p>\n<p>This session will include gentle stretching and light movement suitable for all levels, followed by coffee and light refreshments in a welcoming, open-air environment. It&#8217;s the perfect opportunity to take a study break, connect with others, and start your weekend feeling refreshed and grounded.<\/p>\n<p>Location: Centennial Plaza<br \/>\nDate: Saturday, May 2<br \/>\nTime: 9:00-10:00 AM<\/p>\n<p>All students, faculty, and staff are welcome.
