Professor Aarnio\u2019s talk, <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.tntech.edu\/aholley\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/106\/2025\/03\/c_Mar-7-2025_Alicia_Aarnio_UNCG.pdf\">Radiative transfer modeling of complex young stars&#8217; magnetospheres<\/a>, will describe why knowing about a star\u2019s magnetic field is important and how the magnetic fields of young stars can be deduced from astronomical observations. The seminar will be at 4pm in <strong>Bruner Hall 119<\/strong> with snacks served starting at 3:30pm.
