For added security, we encourage that you elect to have your W-2 electronically delivered through Eagle Online\/Banner Self-Service. To do so, follow this path: Banner Self Service-Employee-Tax Forms-Electronic Regulatory Consent. You can consent to have both your W<em>&#8211;<\/em><em>2 <\/em>and 1095-C delivered electronically. If you prefer the paper copy delivered to your address on file, <strong>please review your mailing address<\/strong> and make any required changes on the Change of Address Form.
