Mateo\u2019s interest is in physics education, and he has been collaborating on the development of a tool to help physics majors reflect on career goals and physics departments better support their majors in the career decision-making process. In his talk <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.tntech.edu\/aholley\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/106\/2024\/11\/h_Nov-22-2024_Mateo_Cacheiro_TTU.pdf\">Developing an online tool to collect causal maps of students\u2019 subfield interest formation<\/a>, Mateo will describe this tool, its development, and show results from its use. The seminar will be this Friday at 4pm in Bruner Hall 210, with snacks served starting at 3:30pm.
