Here&#8217;s how we&#8217;re here to support you: Therapy Available During Spring Break:<\/p>\n<p>Mantra Health is accessible during Spring Break. Even if you&#8217;re studying remotely or away from campus, you can access mental health care. The platform connects you with therapists in your area or out of state.<\/p>\n<p>Log In to the Portal Using Your TN Tech Email: To access therapy, sign up or log in to the Mantra Health Portal with your @tntech.edu email. This grants you access to school-sponsored therapy.
