This workshop is designed to help foster better group collaboration and team awareness. Participants will be able to identify individual strengths that help with team engagement, improve your experience on a team, and improve the overall team outcome. Participants will learn strategies for addressing team conflict and leave with increased confidence working within a group.<\/p>\n<p>This workshop is applicable for students, faculty, and staff.
