The social and the concert not only celebrate Hispanic heritage and musical influences, but also support Tech\u2019s community outreach resource, ESTAR Sanos \u2013 Be Healthy.<\/em><\/p>\n The ESTAR Sanos program is a health-education initiative of the Whitson-Hester School of Nursing. Since 2020, ESTAR has provided access, vaccination services, and valuable information to rural and Hispanic families\/communities in our region.
