Personalized learning is an approach to education that tailors instruction to students\u2019 needs. In this session, we will discuss the importance of data-driven decisions and provide information about Small Group Instructional Diagnostics. SGID&#8217;s are a simple and straightforward evaluation process that uses structured small group discussions among students to provide confidential feedback to an instructor, generally around the midpoint of a term.
