We will work in Bass wood and cover all of the tricks and techniques for making a block of wood into a realistic representation of something else. We will learn how to use and sharpen knives and gouges and how to shape and add texture with rasps, files and rotary tools.<br \/>\n<em>Open to all levels.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Weekend &#8211; July 21-23, 2023<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Our campus is located in Smithville, just 30 minutes from Tennessee Tech. We offer a lodging on our secluded campus overlooking the beautiful Center Hill Lake.
