These benefit enhancements will begin in calendar year 2024. More details will be coming in September.<\/p>\n<p>Here is a brief overview of these expanded benefits and how they impact you:<br \/>\n\u2022 The state will fund 50% of the dental insurance premiums.<br \/>\n\u2022 The state will cover 100% of the premiums for employee long-term disability insurance. Employees who use this benefit will receive 63% of their monthly salary (up to $10K per month) following a 90-day waiting period.<br \/>\n\u2022 The state will pay 100% of the premiums for employee basic term life\/basic AD&amp;D insurance.
