2023 CSB Outstanding Advocate Award
\n\u201cHelping Students Soar\u201d
\nCSB Outstanding Advocate Award Nomination Form
\nAny professional staff member (administration, faculty, and staff) who meets the following
\ncriteria and is currently or has previously been employed full-time at Tennessee
\nTechnological University is eligible for nomination. Furthermore, any community advocate
\nwho has demonstrated outstanding initiatives in the advancements of the Commission on
\nthe Status of Blacks\u2019 supported communities may qualify for this award. The nominated
\ncandidate should lead by example and provide outstanding advocacy in the following areas:
\ngeneral mentoring, social engagement and academic success to students supported by the
\nCSB. Current members of the CSB are ineligible for nomination. A professional staff
\nmember or community advocate who has received the award shall not be eligible for the
\naward again for a period of five (5) years.
\nPlease submit nominations to Ms. Corinne Johnson at cjohnson@tntech.edu. Nominations
\nshould list the names of award candidates and include detailed explanations as to how the
\ncandidates meet the award criteria described above. Nominations must be received by
\nMarch 24, 2023. The award will be given at the annual CSB Scholars\u2019 Awards Luncheon, to
