Dr. Michel\u2019s team proposed their project titled &#8220;Establishment of the Upper Cumberland Climate History Project,\u201d which will remedy the Upper Cumberland\u2019s lack of consistent climate studies by examining archives and collecting \u201cpublished meteorological and historical records to create databases of paleoclimate.\u201d Their project&#8217;s generated resources will help assess the past and future climate changes in this region.
