On <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tntech.edu\/records\/forms.php\">this page<\/a>, click the accordion tab to open \u201cStudent Records Forms,\u201d \u00a0and the third gold link option is \u201cPreferred Name Change.\u201d Once this change is submitted and processed, students can request their EagleCards re-printed with their preferred name <strong>AFTER October 17<\/strong>.
