This will take you to Eagle Online.\u00a0 Select the Employee tab, and your 1095C is located under Tax Forms.<\/p>\n<p>Paper 1095Cs were mailed March 1st for employees who did not consent to receiving the electronic version. Employees who wish to receive 1095Cs electronically in the future can select Electronic Regulatory Consent in Tech Express under Tax Forms.
