Registration is open for the Elinor Ross CDF Freedom School – a free, six-week (June 9-July 20) literacy and cultural enrichment program for children K-4th\/entering 1st-5th grades who qualify for free or reduced lunch.<\/p>\n
Hosted by the College of Education, kids will engage in reading\/literacy programs, science, art, math, and music activities, interactive field trips, and family\/community events. Breakfast and lunch are provided each day. This year each child will also receive a bike and safety gear.<\/p>\n
Members of the university community are encouraged to learn about this valuable program or register a child.<\/p>\n
