This event will bring 180 employers to Tech\u2019s campus and is the Center for Career Development\u2019s largest employer event held each year.<\/p>\n<p>To provide parking for our employer guests, the narrow strip of purple-zoned parking between the soccer fields and the Hooper-Eblen Center will close at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 16, and reopen after 2 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 17.<\/p>\n<p>Please also expect additional vehicular and pedestrian traffic around the Hooper Eblen Center on Sept. 17 for this event. The Putnam Math Competition is calling.<\/p>\n<p>Held here on campus on the first Saturday in December, it consists of four 90-minute sessions, comprising a dozen supremely challenging problems, covering everything from algebra, geometry and calculus to number theory, linear algebra and methods of inductive proofs.<\/p>\n<p>These are a series of rigorous puzzles that call upon both your math knowledge and your problem-solving skills.
