Friday Café is the hands-on learning experience for foods and nutrition students in Human Ecology. We are excited to announce that Friday Café is back for spring semester 2023. The dining room (OKLY 005) will be open for guests who prefer to dine in and a carry-out option is also available that can be picked up at the Friday Café kitchen door (OKLY 006). Meal service and carry-out will begin at noon. Dates will be Feb 10, Feb 17, Feb 24, Mar 3, Mar 24, and Mar 31. Menus are available on the Human Ecology website and MarketPlace and meal purchase is available through MarketPlace. Meal reservation must be made through MarketPlace by making prepayment before noon on Wednesday for Friday’s meal. Meal cost will be $8.50.
