Effective June 1, the Office of Research Proposal Endorsement Form (PEF) routing and initiation process will be handled through the following DocuSign portal link:
This will replace the current process of printing hard copies of the PEF and proposal and manually routing them through campus for signatures.
Please attach supporting proposal documents via the attachment clip at the bottom of the PEF. Please note that only certain sections of the PEF are available for editing by certain users. For example, the fiscal clerks may edit Page 1 and the top of Page 2. Only the PI can mark the compliance sections on Pages 2 and 3. The appropriate required signature sections are noted at the bottom.
