Reminder-if you are a student employee or an hourly temporary employee you should be clocking in and out using the TimeClock+ log in portal beginning Aug. 1. Please ensure that you are clocking in under the correct position number if you have more than one job. Please ask your supervisor for the position number if you are unsure. Supervisors and any time approvers, please check that employees are clocking in under the correct position number for your department. In addition, please check that all employees you approve time for are listed under your name in the Manager portal.
