Reminder to TimeClock+ approvers

When approving time in TimeClock+ please be sure you are checking that the position number and work area you are approving is correct for YOUR department as well as the hours worked. You should only be approving time that is for YOUR department as some students have more than one job. This ensures that funds are distributed correctly.

If one of your workers has clocked-in under the wrong position you can adjust the position number before approving the time.
