Serving students first means they have priority in our minds. If we think about what is good for students as they learn in the classroom, live on campus and grow in mind and spirit, it also extends to how we interact with their families and faculty and staff. It helps us build an environment where parents get the information they need. It helps us continually find ways to support faculty and staff, who daily invest themselves in students\u2019 lives.
